We reserve the right to cancel any reservation under false information.
If a guest cancels a reservation within 30 days of their scheduled arrival date, his/her deposit will be refunded only if we can fill the reservation completely.
Should cancellation not be filled, guest will be responsible for entire booking.
Note, $ 25.00 service charge for any cancellation.
Units are Non-Smoking. Additional fees can be charged after departure.
A credit card will be required upon check-in for any damages or the conditon of the unit.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
